As the world opens up again we have opportunities to get out and explore: to go beyond our confined spaces and travel further afield. However, for many people this may also bring a certain level of anxiety as we re-enter the wider world.
This course, combining creative writing and practical support strategies, will use both memory and imagination to tap into past success and future potential to make real and imaginary journeys. The course is designed to look at journeys, holidays and everyday experiences which we enjoyed in the past in order to project ourselves forward positively and confidently into the future.
If you would like to take part in this course please let [email protected] know. Depending on demand there may be a waiting list, and we cannot guarantee everyone a place.
