A face-to-face workshop with gentle yoga practice in the morning, taken at your own pace, followed by a session on understanding stress and learning techniques to help you manage stress in your life.

Taxis* and lunch provided.

*Please note that depending on distance or if you live out-with Glasgow, you may be asked to make your own way to a bus or train station in Glasgow where we can then collect you in a taxi. The return taxi would take you back to this station after the event.
