A face-to-face workshop with a light-hearted and fun Karate workshop in the morning, followed by an opportunity to relax and recharge with aromatherapy massage in the afternoon.
Taxis* and lunch provided.
*Please note that depending on distance or if you live out-with Glasgow, you may be asked to make your own way to a bus or train station in Glasgow where we can then collect you in a taxi. The return taxi would take you back to this station after the event.
