Gentle stretching and aerobic exercises taken at your own pace in the morning, followed in the afternoon by techniques that promote mindfulness and manage stress.

*Please note that depending on distance or if you live out-with Glasgow, you may be asked to make your own way to a bus or train station in Glasgow where we can then collect you in a taxi. The return taxi would take you back to this station after the event.
