This free, fun, accessible event celebrates the 2018 UN International Day of Disabled People's theme: "Empowerment for Inclusion and Equality".
The event is open to young disabled people aged 15 - 30, with any type of impairment or disability, including those with long term conditions.
Parents and carers of young disabled people are also invited to attend (with or without the young person they support).
