Join us to hear about new plans for Disability Benefits in Scotland.

Give your views and share your ideas for building better Disability Assistance Benefits.
Experience GDA’s Purple Poncho Players new performance.
Hear from:
 Shirley-Anne Somerville MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Social Security and Older People.
 The Scottish Social Security Commission.
 Tressa Burke, GDA’s CEO.

Disability Assistance will have three forms of help:
 Disability Assistance for Children and Young People.
 Disability Assistance for Working-Age People.
 Disability Assistance for Older People.
These will replace Children’s DLA, Attendance Allowance and Personal Independence Payments.

This free event is open to Disabled people, Deaf people, and those with long term conditions.
Parents, carers and workers who support disabled people are also welcome to attend and take part.

Free transport and lunch! Free PA assistance! BSL interpreters and electronic notetakers! Information stalls and workshops!
